Yes!!! We deliver internationally too! International standard shipping is $20.00 but you can choose expedited options that are priced accordingly.
Delivery Times
Every order is custom made after you order it. We require a bit of process time before shipping but we are currently shipping out our orders within 14 days from payment. Shipping within Canada is typically 2-6 days and outside of Canada is 12 days +. You will be sent a tracking number upon shipment so you will be able to see how long it will take to ship.
SHIPPING POLICY
If you have entered the wrong address, we are unable to change the address for you if it has already been processed.
KATACases is not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. Please be attentive when checking out and make sure your address is correct!
We understand that sometimes customers wish to cancel their order. Due to our commitment to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel orders up to 1 hour after they have been placed. To request an order cancellation, please email info.KATACases@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office.
KATACases does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
