Our work starts when you send us a design to create - we have to create and then design the design to you custom phone sizing.  If we are creating something that is custom and does not yet have a digitized design specifically made for embroidery, we will work with you to your satisfaction to get it right before it is sent to you but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds.  However, we know you will LOVE your custom creation :) If there is a problem with your order, please message us, and we will figure out a solution based on your concerns to satisfy your needs :) Hopefully we can expand this feature in the future when my business is grown.
